Toilet Replacement Process

Whether your old toilet is leaking, cracked, wobbly, or just outdated, upgrading to a modern fixture through our expert toilet replacement service can improve both comfort and water efficiency.

DELIVERY

Toilets are heavy—typically weighing between 70 and 100 pounds—which makes them awkward and difficult to transport. We simplify the process by sourcing and delivering the model of your choice straight to your door, saving you time, hassle, and money.

REMOVAL

After disconnecting and draining the existing unit, we remove the old wax ring, scrape away any remaining caulking, and thoroughly clean the floor area. Your old toilet and debris are sealed in a plastic bag to ensure a hygienic and tidy removal process.

INSPECTION

During every toilet replacement, we conduct a detailed inspection of the shut-off valve, bottom flange, and surrounding areas to check for leaks or water damage. We also verify the floor's structural integrity to guarantee a safe and long-lasting installation.

We also offer toilet tank parts replacement if your tank is the only part in need of repair—saving you the cost of full replacement when a simple fix will do.

INSTALL

No matter the toilet model you choose, every install includes a premium waterline, high-grade wax ring, and durable mounting hardware. We’ll expertly assemble your unit, set it securely in place, thoroughly test its function, and apply a clean bead of caulk. Once finished, we’ll clean the area so it looks like we were never there.

RECYCLE

Thanks to Colorado’s excellent recycling program, we responsibly dismantle and recycle your old fixture. All packaging and materials from your toilet replacement are sorted and sent to the appropriate recycling centers to minimize environmental impact.

Every replacement toilet includes…

Wax Ring

Every new setup includes a premium flangeless wax ring, sized to match your specific needs. We are obsessed with the details, ensuring that every wax ring is kept within the optimal temperature range of 70–110 degrees to prevent cracking and guarantee a perfect seal.

Water Line

Traditional supply lines with plastic hex nuts are prone to cracking or shearing, often resulting in costly home floods. We utilize premium braided stainless steel lines featuring nickel-plated brass hex nuts and upgraded seals, offering superior durability and dependable leak protection for your peace of mind.

Flange Bolts

Many of our competitors use copper-plated 1/4-inch flange bolts with steel hardware, which will eventually corrode and rust, leading to a multitude of problems. We use heavy-duty 5/16-inch solid brass flange bolts with premium marine-grade stainless steel hardware, ensuring the most durable and reliable installation possible.

Additional Services Available

Shut Off Valve Replacement

We’ll replace your old shut-off valve with a top-of-the-line 1/4-turn ball stop valve featuring a brass ball and PTFE seat, ensuring smooth operation and long-lasting performance to help protect your home from emergencies. The demand for bidets in the U.S. continues to rise as more Americans discover their benefits. We’ll install your bidet seat, connect the supply line, and ensure everything functions flawlessly.
